- In sharing the knowledge, skills and expertise of PEA in underground cabling, HPPC participants have gained a better understanding of the considerations that go into the design, construction and installation of a HV & MV underground cabling system.
- Haiphong Power Company was able to exchange ideas with PEA on the implementation of their underground cabling projects.
