ICASEA is active in raising the awareness of the advantages and versatility of copper applications in building industry with various stakeholders. They include the regulators, housing development bodies, private developers, contractors, consultants, engineers & architects etc.
Our programs focus on enhancing safety, reliability, design, health and electrical efficiency. These could be in correct sizing of building wire and cable, upsizing of wires/cables in aged buildings, the use of copper bus bars in switchboard, and last but not least, lightning protection systems.
We also facilitate the setting up of building codes that use copper effectively, efficiently and safely.
